Barclay Sales, Inc. will do the rest. 3rd: Our experienced staff will review the property to be sold, organize the inventory, research values, set pricing, bring in our display tables, arrange merchandise, place ads with multiple sources, send e mails to our extensive buyers list, place yard and street signs and/or arrange for wavers to increase sale traffic, staff the sale with professional, knowledgeable sales personnel, manage the sale, assist with the disposal of unsold and unwanted items including arranging pick up by a charitable organization and obtaining the receipt, collect and report sales taxes, and remit the net proceeds of the sale within ten days. Barclay Sales, Inc. has an incentive to help you realize the best value for your estate sale. Our compensation for conducting the estate sale is a percentage of the sale proceeds and we are paid after the estate sale.
